Accomodation - Serengeti
Grumeti River Camp

The Grumeti River Tented Lodge, commonly referred to as Grumeti River Camp, offers fine luxury tented accommodations, excellent hippo viewing and thrilling nocturnal action. With just 10 vibrant and spacious luxury tents, Grumeti River Camp provides for a very intimate, avant-garde and romantic safari experience. This combined with wonderful dinners under the stars and lively nights with grazing hippos and roaring lions creates, in our opinion, one of the finest tented lodges in Tanzania. More>>

Serengeti Sopa Lodge

The Serengeti Sopa Lodge is situated to the West of the Seranera and is located in the Nyarboro Hills in a particularly beautiful and quieter area of the park than the heart of the Seronera. Its location means that it is a particularly good site for game viewing from April through to early July when the migration should normally pass around this area. All year round water and the acacia woodland in this area do mean that there should always be game in the vicinity. Thanks to its hillside position the lodge has magnificent views over the Serengeti plains. More>>

Serengeti Serena Lodge

Set high on a hill with 360 degree views out over the Serengeti savannah, the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge combines luxury with simplicity and is Africa at its very best.

Inspired by the traditional African village, the lodge is rich in local atmosphere and the bedrooms are housed in individual thatched huts. These huts are furnished with authentic African furniture and handicrafts, with balconies overlooking the awesome expanse of the Serengeti. Communal areas of the lodge are created out of thatch and indigenous wood and give guests a true ‘out of Africa’ experience. Great attention has been paid to both architectural and decorative detailing and the lodge is a photographer’s joy. More>>

Sayari camp
The name Serengeti stems from the Maasai word "Siring" referring to "endless plains", and that’s really what it is. The Serengeti National Park is vast, stretching from the endless grass plains in the South to the woodlands in the north up to the Kenyan border. The size of the Park – circa 15,000 square kilometers - covers circa half of Belgium and the Serengeti eco-system as a whole is virtually the same size as Belgium. More>>

Kusini Tented Lodge

Kusini Tented Lodge, commonly referred to as Kusini Camp, simply offers the finest accommodations in the Southern Serengeti. The lodge provides for an authentic, under canvas experience while at the same time delivering luxury facilities and extraordinary service. The lodge is run by a friendly couple from Zimbabwe, Fred and Carol Rademeyer (pictured to the right), who have spent over twenty years running various lodges and camps. Their attention to fine details, wealth of knowledge and deep love for ‘the bush’ sets the stage for unparalleled service and a truly remarkable lodge. Kusini Camp is certainly very expensive (especially in the green season) but the lodge is first class and you will undoubtedly be rewarded with one of the most intimate and authentic experiences available in Africa.
