GATHERING EXPERT INSIGHTS FAM TRIP 19’

Kearsleys tour consultants and managers did an extensive familiarization trip this April in the Northern Safari Circuit to sample close to 50 hotels and lodges along with new services that will cater to their diverse clientele in the upcoming season.

By visiting the national parks, select noteworthy, new and renowned properties and exchanging feedback with lodge managers, the Kearsleys team has come back with insightful inputs that will only add a notch to future sales and propose properties as per customers preferences and interests.

The FAM trip has not only been an exciting experience, rather the close interactions and through site inspections will only help us ensure we make our client experience more fulfilling and cater close enough to their travel desires.
