Tarangire National Park
"The Home of elephants"
Tarangire National Park is renowned for its thick population of elephants, close to 2500 and nearly 550 species of birds. This safari destination in Tanzania’s Northern Circuit has a unique topography featuring majestic baobab trees, and Tarangire River; the primary source of water for animals during the dry season.
