Lukuba Island Lodge
Lukuba Island is the name of our private island and lodge on Lake Victoria, an unparalleled location in one of Africa’s most unique natural paradises. A different experience that begins when the traveler sets sail in a traditional boat that takes you hoovering through the lake to Lukuba´s Island shore.
Our accommodation has common areas to allow you to rest after a long day in the wilderness. The restaurant, overlooking the lake, is characterized by its excellent service and delicious food. In addition, the lodge has a private beach and a large terrace from which to enjoy the incredible sunsets offered by the second largest lake in the world.
ur lodge has ten spacious rooms of different styles with stunning views of the lake. All dressed with vibrant colours to reflect the joy of the African spirit each with its own private bathroom.
Inspired by the fishermen’s villages that surround the lake, our rooms are decorates with different fabrics of different colours and textures with furniture made of wood and natural fibres in accordance with our principles of respecting the environment.
