We just came back to Norway after our trip to Tanzania, which included a one week camping safari in Selous and Ruaha with Kearsley Travel. I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic trip. We were lucky enough to experience an incredible variety of wildlife, but most importantly we would like to thank Ali and Augusto for making this an unforgettable holiday. Ali is a very competent driver it was impressive to see how he could maneuver on the bush roads, and he always made us feel safe on the highways (unlike some other drivers in Tanzania). He was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife and excellent at spotting animals. Augusto made us fantastic meals every day and took great care of all our practical needs  it was impressive to see how he could make great food just using basic bush equipment for cooking.

But most importantly  both Ali and Augusto are really nice people and very fun to travel with. Easy going, friendly and professional, they always made us feel safe and comfortable  even when a pride of lions came outside our camp! Wherever we went, they had plenty of interesting things to teach us  from facts about wildlife and the daily life in the villages where we stopped, to local food-recipes and basic Swahili words, including the names of all the animals we saw.
